Returns

Please note that returns for gift sets cannot be submitted via the Return Portal and must instead be arranged by contacting our customer service team directly.

The cancellation deadline is met if you send a written return request to our customer service at hello@lie-studio.com, including your order number, before the deadline and without unreasonable delay after your request has been approved.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
